Available on Friday, 12 February for lunch and dinner, the menu showcases a selection of beautifully refined seafood dishes, including Charcoal Roast Market Fish with Aioli, our signature Wood Fire-Grilled Cape Grim Fillet with Modern Béarnaise, and ends with one of our most-loved desserts, Catherine’s Passionfruit Pavlova.
