DANTE NYC COMES TO ROCKPOOL

What happens when Australia’s most influential and renown chef, Neil Perry AM and the talents of his former Rockpool bar manager Linden Pride (now co-owner of Dante NYC) combine their passion and continual drive for quality and innovation? A collaboration celebrating 20 years of friendship and working history.

For one week only, join Neil and Linden as they work together once more to present the very best of Dante and Rockpool demonstrating why these two industry leaders are making headlines from Australia to New York City and beyond.

On the back of their hugely successful global pop up tour, Dante is finally heading to Australia. Spread over one week in a three part series of events to showcase why this historic restaurant bar located in Greenwich Village has been crowned New York’s Best Negroni, Favourite Bar in NYC and Winner Best Bar in NYC and America by the likes of New York Magazine, Conde Nast Traveler and Time Out to name a few.

SUMMER OF SPRITZ
Enjoy Dante’s creative spin on the classic Aperol Spitz offering a diverse range of Spritzes created for one purpose, the celebration of Summer.
NEGRONI SESSIONS
Paying homage with a respectful nod to the European tradition of Aperitivo, it’s your opportunity to sample Dante’s signature menu of variations to the classic Negroni.
MARTINI HOUR
The world’s most iconic cocktail with a Dante spin. Novice Martini drinkers and connoisseurs will savour Dante’s modern twists to the classic drink.

CHATEAU PALMER WINE DINNER

Since 1938, Château Palmer has distinguished itself as one of Bordeaux’s leading grand crus. In less than a century, four families have helped to drive the estate towards international recognition. Today, two have remained to lead it into a new era. The Mähler-Besse family, originally from the Netherlands, made its name in the textile and wine business. The Sichel family specialized in the distribution of fine wines in the UK, France and Germany. Together, their descendants rebuilt the estate after the Second World War, and brought into the world a number of exceptional vintages, including the legendary 1961. They have now entrusted the direction of Château Palmer to Thomas Duroux, but continue to ensure the estate evolves sustainably, attentive to the world that surrounds it.

We are excited to showcase this iconic estate from three different decades, alongside with special three course menu designed by chef Corey Costelloe.

NEIL’S SUNDAY DINING ‘FAMILY STYLE’

Spend Sunday evenings with friends and family at Rockpool Bar & Grill, enjoying Neil Perry’s new family style dining menu.

The delicious new menu features large wood-fired roasts including a whole lamb saddle stuffed with dates and almonds as well as a whole roasted Cape Grim beef sirloin on the bone.

All meats are suitable for 6-10 people (or up to 20 guests for a whole suckling pig), sides to be chosen to accommodate numbers.

Meats are ordered in especially and designed to be slow roasted over the wood fire or in the charcoal oven during the afternoon. We therefore require orders by the Wednesday prior.
